We are a small, part-time team with a free app, and it may take us some time to reply, but we'll do our best. If you want to delete your Earbug account and all associated data, you can do this on the Account page of our app. If you cannot access the app for some reason, you may send us an email at support@earbug.com, requesting that we delete your Earbug account, and providing the email address associated with your account. It's best if you send this email from the email address associated with your account, so that we can easily validate you are the account owner.
